摘  要:为进一步了解PU的耐辐照性能,探索性以60Co-γ为高能射线源,对PU进行了耐辐照稳定性探究.SEM结果显示,随着辐照剂量的增加,PU的微观形貌变化不大.FTIR分析显示,辐照后PU中的官能团类型没有明显变化,但各官能团的特征峰强度均略有下降.XRD结果表明,随着辐照剂量的增加,晶体峰强度略有下降.此外,GPC结果显示,PU的Mp值从120.2 kg/mol下降至82.05 kg/mol,且在这个过程中PDI值增加.热稳定性分析结果显示,辐照后PU的热解速率增加;且Res由1.326%增加至31.69%.MS测试结果显示,其热解产物均主要为-CH_(2)-、CH_(4)和CO/CH_(2)=CH_(2),且辐照后特征峰强度增强.这均表明辐照使得其热稳定性下降.最后,基于理论分析的结果显示PU中最容易断裂的是所有的碳氧单键和分子链端的两个O-H键.To further understand the irradiation resistance of PU,the stability of PU was studied by using60Co-γas high energy radiation source.The SEM results showed that the microstructure of PU changed little with the increase of irradiation dose.FTIR analysis showed that the types of functional groups in PU after irradiation did not change significantly,but the characteristic peak intensity of each functional group decreased slightly.XRD results showed that the crystal peak intensity decreases slightly with the increase of irradiation dose.In addition,the GPC results showed that the Mp value of PU decreased from 120.2 kg/mol to 82.05 kg/mol,and the PDI value increased during this process.Thermal stability analysis showed that the pyrolysis rate of PU increased and the Res increased from 1.326%to 31.69%after irradiation.MS test results displayed that the pyrolysis products were mainly-CH_(2)-,CH_(4)and CO/CH_(2)=CH_(2),and the characteristic peak intensity was enhanced after irradiation.All these indicated that irradiation reduced thermal stability.Finally,the results based on theoretical analysis showed that the most easily broken PU were all the single carbon-oxygen bonds and the two O-H bonds at the end of the molecular chain.The results of this study can provide a theoretical reference for the application of PU in irradiation environment.
