摘　　要：研究针对电解二氧化锰中间控制磨粉样铁含量的检测效率进行了探讨。通过邻菲啰啉法对影响中间控制检测的关键因素进行了系统分析。在此基础上,提出了针对性的改进方法,并成功应用于实际检测过程中。改进后的方法不仅满足了实验室质量控制的要求,而且显著提高了分析和解决问题的能力,为提高中控化验室的工作效率和检测准确性提供了有力保障。This study discusses the detection efficiency of iron content in intermediate control grinding samples of electrolytic manganese dioxide.Key factors affecting the detection efficiency were systematically analyzed using the ortho-phenanthroline method.Based on this analysis,targeted improvements were proposed and successfully applied to the actual detection process.The improved method not only meets laboratory quality control requirements but also significantly enhances the ability to analyze and solve problems,thereby providing strong guarantees for improving the work efficiency and detection accuracy of the central control laboratory.
