摘 要:含锰金属铆接工艺作为机器制造领域的一项重要技术,在工业制造中得到广泛应用。研究通过有限元分析方式对铆接结构进行建模与失效分析,并利用有限元对含锰金属铆接结构局部单元分析来构建变形预测模型。研究结果显示,研究构建的含锰金属铆接结构模型失效位移总误差基本小于10%,总体仿真结果良好,研究构建的铆钉变形预测模型连接单元上的平均应力为490 MPa,检测效果较好。结果表明,研究构建的含锰金属铆接结构模型与变形预测模型都具有良好的性能,能够帮助提升人们对铆接结构当前状态的认知,从而及时地处理危险因素,提升机器制造的安全性。Manganese metal riveting process,as an important technology in the field of machine manufacturing,has been widely used in industrial manufacturing.This study conducted modeling and failure analysis of riveted structures using finite element analysis.The study indicates that deformation prediction models are constructed by analyzing local elements of manganese metal riveted structures using finite element analysis.Furthermore,the total error of the failure displacement of the manganese metal riveting structure model is basically less than 10%,and the overall simulation results are good.The average stress on the connecting unit of the rivet deformation prediction model is 490 MPa,which is indicative of a good detection effect.The results indicate that the manganese metal riveting structure model and deformation prediction model have good performance,which can help improve the understanding of the current state of riveting structures.This approach timely handles hazardous factors,thereby enhancing the safety in machine manufacturing.
