摘 要:目的:了解视力残疾和听力残疾大学生的自杀意念状况及相关因素。方法:选取北京某高校特殊教育学院的视力残疾和听力残疾大学生540人,应用美国国家共病复测调查(NCS-R)中的自杀意念和行为条目、心理扭力量表(PSS-40)、抑郁焦虑压力自评量表(DASS-21)、主观幸福感量表(IWB)生活满意度量表(SWLS)。结果:女生的NCS-R得分高于男生的得分(P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,女生、抑郁得分与NCS-R总分正关联(β=0.69、0.07,均P<0.05),IWB得分、SWLS得分与NCS-R总分负关联(β=-0.03、-0.06,均P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示视力残疾、听力残疾大学生女生的自杀意念可能更强,抑郁、主观幸福感、生活满意度与自杀意念有相关性。Objective:To explore the suicidal ideation and related factors in college students with visual and hearing disabilities.Methods:Totally 540 college students with visual and hearing disabilities in a special education college in Beijing were selected.They were assessed with the National Comorbidity Survey Replication(NCS-R)for suicidal ideation and behavior,Psychological Strain Scale(PSS-40),Depression,Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS-21),Index-Well-Being Scale(IWB),and Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS).Results:The scores of NCS-R were higher in female students with visual and hearing disabilities than in males(P<0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that female and depression scores were positively correlated with the total scores of NCS-R(β=0.69,0.07,Ps<0.05),while IWB and SWLS scores were negatively correlated with the NCS-R total scores(β=-0.03,-0.06,Ps<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that suicidal ideation may have higher levels in female college students with visual and hearing disabilities,and is associated with depression,subjective well-being,and life satisfaction.
