禁毒工作群众知晓度调查与提升路径初探——以S市为例

摘　　要：目的:研究S市群众对禁毒工作的知晓度以及提升禁毒工作知晓度的路径。方法:借助S市禁毒社工机构,以随机的形式对普通群众进行禁毒工作知晓度调查。结果:就吸毒行为性质来看,其知晓度较低,仅为40%;就毒品、吸毒的危害、毒品犯罪的刑事责任、易制毒化学品受公安机关管制等方面来看,其知晓度较高且均超过了80%;从总体上看,S市禁毒工作群众知晓度较高,且知晓度均为80%以上,同时呈现出女性知晓度较低、青壮年和中年人知晓度较低,文化程度越低对禁毒工作知晓度越低的情况。结论:吸毒行为的性质认识和如何避免毒品侵蚀两个方面存在提升空间,并就禁毒宣传的对象、禁毒宣传的方法和禁毒宣传的内容三个方面提出提升禁毒工作群众知晓度的三项对策,进一步加强和改进禁毒宣传教育工作。Objective:To study the public awareness of anti-drug work in S City and the way to improve it.Methods:With the help of S city anti-drug social worker agency,the awareness of anti-drug work among the general public was investigated randomly.Results:In terms of the nature of drug abuse behavior,its awareness was only 40%;In terms of drugs,the harm of drug use,the criminal responsibility of drug crime,and the control of precursor chemicals by public security organs,the awareness rate is higher and exceeds 80%.On the whole,the awareness of the anti-drug work in S City is high,and the awareness is more than 80%.At the same time,the awareness of women is low,the awareness of young and middle-aged people is low,and the lower the education level,the lower the awareness of anti-drug work.Conclusion:There is room for improvement in the understanding of the nature of drug abuse behavior and how to avoid the erosion of drugs,and three countermeasures are proposed to enhance the awareness of the people in the anti-drug work from the three aspects of the target,the method and the content of the anti-drug publicity,so as to further strengthen and improve the anti-drug publicity and education.
