制霉菌素片联合阴道乳酸菌胶囊治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析滴虫性阴道炎患者实施制霉菌素片联合阴道乳酸菌胶囊治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年10月本院收治的84例滴虫性阴道炎患者,用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各42例。其中对照组给予阴道乳酸菌胶囊治疗,观察组则给予制霉菌素片+阴道乳酸菌胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.61%,高于对照组85.71%(P<0.05);观察组白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-13(IL-13)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:制霉菌素片联合阴道乳酸菌胶囊在滴虫性阴道炎临床治疗中效果明显,可缓解临床症状,降低体内炎性因子水平,且治疗安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of nystatin tablets combined with vaginal lactic acid bacteria capsules in patients with trichomonas vaginitis.Methods:A lot of 84 patients with trichomonas vaginitis admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with vaginal lactobacteria capsules,and the observation group was treated with nystatin tablets+vaginal lactobacteria capsules.compare the treatment effect,inflammatory factors and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.61%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group(P<0.05).The interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-13(IL-13)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nystatin tablets combined with vaginal lactic acid bacteria capsules are effective in the clinical treatment of trichomonas vaginitis,which can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,and have high treatment safety.
