硝苯地平控释片联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究硝苯地平控释片联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年12月本中心管理的82例原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组单用氯沙坦钾,观察组联用硝苯地平控释片。比较两组临床症状、24 h收缩压、尿微量清蛋白(U-mALB)、24 h舒张压、血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)、脂联素和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:观察组口干口苦、食欲下降、眩晕头重、面红目赤、身疲力乏、急躁易怒和胸闷恶心评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组24 h收缩压、U-mALB和24 h舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清VEGF、脂联素和Hcy水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控释片联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的效果较佳,可稳定血压水平,改善血清VEGF、脂联素和Hcy水平,值得临床应用。Objective:To study the effect of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 82 patients with essential hypertension managed by our center from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium alone,and the observation group was combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets.The clinical symptoms,24 h systolic blood pressure,urinary microalbumin(U-mALB),24 h diastolic blood pressure,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),adiponectin and homocysteine(Hcy)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of dry mouth and bitter mouth,loss of appetite,dizziness and head weight,red face and red eyes,fatigue,impatience and irritability,chest tightness and nausea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 24 h systolic blood pressure,U-mALB and 24 h diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF,adiponectin and Hcy in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with losartan potassium is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can stabilize blood pressure level and improve serum VEGF,adiponectin,Hcy levels,and is worthy of clinical application.
