摘 要:目的:分析糖皮质激素与乌司他丁联合治疗对重症肺炎患者氧化应激及血清炎症介质的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年8月经本院治疗的126例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。对照组予以糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组血清炎症介质[白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、降钙素原、C-反应蛋白]及氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)]。结果:观察组治疗后SOD、GSH-Px含量高于对照组,MDA、IL-6、TNF、降钙素原、C-反应蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合乌司他丁治疗可改善重症肺炎患者氧化应激程度,减轻其炎症反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of glucocorticoid combined with ulinastatin on oxidative stress and serum inflammatory mediators in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 126 patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 63 patients in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the observation group was treated with ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.The serum inflammatory mediators[interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF),procalcitonin,C-reactive protein]and oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of MDA,IL-6,TNF,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with ulinastatin can improve the degree of oxidative stress and reduce the inflammatory response in patients with severe pneumonia.
