骨肽注射液联合抗骨增生胶囊治疗膝关节骨质增生的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察在治疗膝关节骨质增生中骨肽注射液联合抗骨增生胶囊的效果与安全性。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月鹿邑真源医院收治的92例膝关节骨质增生患者作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法分成观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组采取抗骨增生胶囊治疗,观察组采取骨肽注射液联合抗骨增生胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、炎症因子、膝关节功能、不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、下蹲、跛行等Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.52%,低于对照组的21.74%(P<0.05)。结论:骨肽注射液联合抗骨增生胶囊治疗膝关节骨质增生的效果理想,可有效改善机体免疫功能与炎症反应,促进膝关节功能恢复,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect and safety of bone peptide injection combined with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule in the treatment of knee joint bone hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Luyi Zhenyuan Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was treated with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule,and the observation group was treated with bone peptide injection combined with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule.The clinical efficacy,immune function,inflammatory factors,knee joint function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD8^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm scores of pain,swelling,squatting and limp in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52%,which was lower than 21.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone peptide injection combined with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule is effective in the treatment of knee joint hyperosteogeny,which can effectively improve the immune function and inflammatory response of the body,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
