摘　　要：目的:探究桂枝汤加减辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:选取2015年10月—2022年10月在本院接受治疗的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。观察组给予常规治疗加用桂枝汤加减辅助治疗,对照组仅给予常规治疗,比较两组心功能、6 min步行距离及治疗效果。结果:观察组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6 min步行距离高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤加减辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效更好,能有效改善患者心功能,提高运动耐力,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified Guizhi decoction in adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given conventional treatment combined with modified Guizhi decoction,while the control group was only given conventional treatment.The cardiac function,6 min walking distance and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The level of LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Guizhi decoction in the adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic heart failure is better,which can effectively improve the exercise endurance of patients and has good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
