摘　　要：目的:探究中药穴位贴敷与中药足浴对缓解癌性疼痛患者症状的作用。方法:选取2021年1月—12月本院收治的100例癌性疼痛患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药穴位贴敷与中药足浴联合干预,比较两组疼痛状况、功能状态以及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组NRS评分、BPI评分低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合中药足浴可减轻癌性疼痛患者症状,提升功能状态,且应用安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine on relieving symptoms of patients with cancer pain.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cancer pain admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The pain status,functional status and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the NRS score and BPI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the KPS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the symptoms of patients with cancer pain,improve the functional status,and the application safety is high.
