生活希望计划护理在尿毒症患者维持性血液透析和药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究生活希望计划护理对行维持性血液透析(MHD)治疗的尿毒症患者营养水平及生活质量的改善效果。方法:回顾性选取2022年5月—9月在本院接受常规护理的42例行MHD治疗的尿毒症患者纳入对照组;另选取2023年1月—5月在本院接受生活希望计划护理的42例行MHD治疗的尿毒症患者纳入观察组。比较两组营养状态指标、心功能指标、血脂水平及希望指数水平、自护能力、生活质量。结果:干预3个月时,两组TP、ALB、TRF、PA、Hb、LVEF、FS、SV、E/A、HDL-C均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、TG、LDL-C均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组HHI、ASAS-R-C、KDQ评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生活希望计划护理可改善行MHD治疗尿毒症患者的营养水平、心功能,调节血脂水平,提高患者希望指数水平、自护能力及生活质量。Objective:To study the effect of life hope plan nursing on the improvement of nutritional level and quality of life in uremic patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:From May 2022 to September 2022,42 patients with uremia who underwent MHD treatment and received routine nursing in the hospital were retrospectively selected as the control group.In addition,42 uremic patients who received MHD treatment in the hospital from January 2023 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.The nutritional status index,cardiac function index,blood lipid level and hope index level,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:At 3 months after intervention,TP,ALB,TRF,PA,Hb,LVEF,FS,SV,E/A and HDL-C in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of HHI,ASASR-C and KDQ in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Life hope plan nursing can improve the nutritional level,cardiac function,regulate blood lipid level,improve the level of hope index,self-care ability and quality of life of uremic patients undergoing MHD treatment.
