掌叶大黄对寻常型银屑病患者肠黏膜免疫调节作用及机制研究进展

摘　　要：寻常型银屑病是免疫相关的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,是银屑病中最常见的一种。近年来研究表明,肠黏膜免疫调节在银屑病的发病机制中起着重要作用。肠道不仅是人体最大的免疫器官,也是银屑病发病的关键场所。肠黏膜屏障的破坏、肠道菌群的失调以及免疫细胞及相关细胞因子的异常调节等因素,都可能导致银屑病的发生和发展。因此,研究肠黏膜免疫调节在银屑病发病机制中的作用,对于寻找新的治疗策略具有重要意义。在传统医学中,掌叶大黄具有泻下攻积、清热泻火、凉血解毒、逐瘀通经、利湿退黄等多重功效,被广泛应用于治疗多种疾病。近年来,随着现代科学技术的发展发现,掌叶大黄中含有多种活性成分,如蒽醌类、蒽酮类、黄酮类、多糖类活性成分,这些成分具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化等多种生物活性。因此,掌叶大黄在治疗银屑病等炎症性疾病方面具有较大的潜力。本研究就掌叶大黄对寻常型银屑病患者肠黏膜免疫调节作用及机制研究进展进行综述。Psoriasis vulgaris is an immune-related chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease and the most common type of psoriasis.In recent years,studies have shown that intestinal mucosal immune regulation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.The intestine is not only the largest immune organ in the human body,but also a key site for the onset of psoriasis.The disruption of the intestinal mucosal barrier,imbalance of gut microbiota,and abnormal regulation of immune cells and related cytokines may all lead to the occurrence and development of psoriasis.Therefore,studying the role of intestinal mucosal immune regulation in the pathogenesis of psoriasis is of great significance for finding new treatment strategies.In traditional medicine,Rhubarb Palm Leaf has the multiple effects of writing down and attacking accumulation,clearing heat and fire,cooling blood and detoxifying,removing blood stasis and clearing menstruation,and inducing dampness and removing yellowish discolouration,etc.It has been widely used in the treatment of a variety of diseases.In recent years,with the development of modern science and technology,it has been discovered that Rheum palmatum contains various active ingredients,Such as anthraquinones,anthraquinones,flavonoids,polysaccharides active ingredients.These ingredients have various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antioxidant properties.Therefore,palmar rhubarb has great potential in the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis.This study provides a review of the research progress on the immunomodulatory effect and mechanism of palmar rhubarb on the intestinal mucosa of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
