摘 要:肌少症是一种年龄相关性的肌肉质量减少和功能减退的疾病,在进行肌少症发病机制研究中离不开动物实验。实验动物的正确选择是构建动物模型的基础,目前对于肌少症实验动物的选择研究琐碎没有系统性的归纳,该文就肌少症实验动物的选择进行梳理,为肌少症实验动物选择提供思路。Sarcopenia is a disease characterized by age-related muscle mass reduction and functional decline.Animal experiments play a crucial role in studying the pathogenesis of sarcopenia.The correct selection of experimental animals is fundamental for establishing accurate animal models.Currently,there is no systematic summary of research on the selection of experimental animals for sarcopenia studies.This article provides a comprehensive overview of the selection of experimental animals for sarcopenia research to provide insights for future research in this area.
