摘 要:针对涉铁工程铁路运输损失补偿费难以计算的问题,利用斯皮尔曼相关系数分析了铁路运输损失补偿费的影响因素,选取相关性较强的因素建立涉铁工程铁路运输损失补偿费计算模型。为更好推广模型成果,本文基于MATLAB App Designer对模型进行开发,制作铁路运输损失补偿费计算软件,并对比南昌铁路局6个涉铁工程项目铁路运输损失补偿费模型计算与实际误差,验证模型准确性,结果表明,模型计算结果误差率控制在10%—20%,而根据经验估算的传统计算方法误差率在15%—25%,误差明显降低,本文计算模型可以较好估算涉铁工程铁路运输损失补偿费。In response to the difficulty in determining the calculation of railway transportation loss fees in railway engineering projects,the article uses Spearman correlation coefficient to analyze the influencing factors of railway transportation loss fees,and establishes a calculation model for railway transportation loss fees in railway engineering projects based on the factors with strong correlation.To better promote the model results,this article develops the model based on MATLAB App Designer and produces a calculation software for railway transportation loss compensation fees,And the accuracy of the model was compared with the railway transportation loss cost of six railway engineering projects in Nanchang Railway Bureau.The results showed that the error rate between the calculation model and the actual railway transportation loss cost was within 10%-20%,while the traditional estimation error rate based on experience was between 15%-25%.From this,it can be seen that the calculation model can better estimate the railway transportation loss cost of railway engineering projects.
