摘  要:为提高中国大豆进口供应链网络弹性,本文在确定弹性量化评价指标基础上,充分结合大豆供应季节性特点,以供应链弹性构建总成本最小为目标函数,构建大豆进口供应链网络弹性优化模型。分别讨论主要供应地发生供应波动、主要供应地波动与主要中转节中断同时发生、部分备选供应地最大供应量扩容三种情况。通过Lingo求解,对备选节点进行选择以及对供应量进行重新分配,得到弹性优化后的供应链网络,并分析另一半球补货点和补货饱和点变化情况。结果表明,可通过保障主要供应国的供应稳定、丰富进口来源地、降低对外依存度等方式,进一步提升中国大豆供应链网络的弹性。In order to improve the network resilience of China’s soybean import supply chain,on the basis of determining the quantitative evaluation index of resilience,this paper establishes an optimization model which takes the minimum total cost of supply chain resilience construction as the objective function in full consideration of the seasonal characteristics of soybean supply.Three cases are discussed:supply fluctuation in major suppliers,simultaneous fluctuation in major suppliers and disruption of major transfer nodes,and maximum supply capacity expansion in some alternative suppliers.Through Lingo solution,the alternative nodes are selected and the supply quantities are redistributed to obtain supply chain network after resilience optimization,and the changes of the Other Half Hemisphere Replenishment Point and Replenishment Saturation Point are analyzed.The results show that the resilience of China’s soybean supply chain network can be further improved by ensuring the supply stability of major suppliers,enriching import sources and reducing external dependence.
