摘　　要：交通运输业作为我国能源消费和碳排放的重要领域,面临着资源约束趋紧、环保压力增大、安全风险增加等多方面的挑战。多式联运具有提高运输效率、降低运输成本、缓解交通拥堵、减少污染排放等优势,是推动我国综合运输体系建设和物流业高质量发展的重要举措。本文从基础设施、信息数据、管理规则、服务模式、联运运营主体培育等五个方面,分析我国铁路联运发展现状、发展优势和发展意义,探讨我国铁路联运发展面临的困境及其成因,并就发展战略和对策提出相应建议,旨在为促进我国铁路多式联运的优质发展带来有益的参考。As an important area of China's energy consumption and carbon emissions,the transportation industry is facing challenges in many aspects,such as tightening resource constraints,increasing pressure on environmental protection and increasing security risks.Multimodal transportation has the advantages of improving transportation efficiency,reducing transportation costs,easing traffic congestion,reducing pollution emissions,etc.It is an important initiative to promote the construction of China's comprehensive transportation system and the highquality development of the logistics industry.This paper analyzes the status quo,development advantages and development significance of China's railroad intermodal transport development from five aspects,including infrastructure,information data,management rules,service mode,and cultivation of intermodal operation entities,discusses the dilemmas faced by the development of China's railroad intermodal transport and its causes,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on development strategies and recommendations.It aims to bring useful reference for promoting the quality development of China's railroad intermodal transportation.
