四川达州东部经济开发区铁路专用线接轨方案研究

摘　　要：四川省达州市政府做出启动四川达州东部经济开发区建设的决议,欲将城区内主要工业产业进行搬迁,建设生态型产业新城。铁路专用线接轨方案的布置是其中重要的工程之一。合理布局铁路专用线,对铁路专用线方案及运输组织十分重要。针对四川达州东部经济开发区铁路专用线搬迁问题,本文提出了3个接轨方案。从运输组织、征地拆迁、远期线路引入方式及园区规划等方面综合分析和比选,提出专用线接轨的推荐方案。The government of Dazhou City in Sichuan Province has made a resolution to launch the construction of the East Dazhou Economic Development Zone,aiming to relocate the main industrial industries in the urban area and build an ecological industrial new city.The layout of the railway dedicated line connection scheme is one of the important projects.Reasonable layout of railway dedicated lines is crucial for railway dedicated line schemes and transportation organization.This article proposes three integration plans for the relocation of railway dedicated lines in the eastern economic development zone of Dazhou,Sichuan.Based on a comprehensive analysis and comparison of transportation organization,land acquisition and demolition,long-term route introduction methods,and park planning,a recommended plan for connecting dedicated lines is proposed.
