共同富裕背景下农村公路网规划研究——以余杭区为例

摘　　要：受杭州市新一轮的行政区划调整影响,余杭区城市化进程加快,原有的农村公路网已不能适应余杭区的快速发展,急需进行重新规划布局。本文采用连通度等预测方法预测余杭区中长期农村公路路网规模,结合浙江省高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的相关要求将全区农村公路网结构分层次布局,规划方案将科学指导余杭区公路健康发展。Affected by the new round of administrative division adjustment in Hangzhou City,the urbanization process in Yuhang District has accelerated,and the original rural road network can no longer adapt to the rapid development of Yuhang District.There is an urgent need for re planning and layout.This article uses prediction methods such as connectivity to predict the scale of rural road networks in Yuhang District in the medium and long term.Combining with the relevant requirements of Zhejiang Province's high-quality development and construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity,the rural road network structure in the entire district is arranged in a hierarchical manner.The planning scheme will scientifically guide the healthy development of roads in Yuhang District.
