全域公交发展的潜江模式

摘　　要：近年来,受到交通新业态、疫情防控、油补退坡资金逐年下调、中央新能源公交车运营补助政策不再延续等政策影响,传统道路客运行业面临前所未有的挑战,全域公交成为发展新趋势。本文分全域公交的基本内涵,总结潜江市全域公交发展模式的关键要素和发展经验。潜江模式得到了社会、同类城市、行业管理部门的充分认可,被证明是成熟、可值得借鉴的模式。In recent years,the urban and rural passenger transport has faced unprecedented challenges,due to policies such as new forms of transportation,epidemic prevention and control,annual reduction of fuel subsidy and slope reduction funds,and the discontinuation of the central new energy bus operation subsidy policy.Universe public transit has become a new development trend.First,this thesis analyzed the basic connotation of universe public transit.Then,it summarized the key elements of the development model of universe public transit in Qianjiang City.Last,it extracted the highlights of its development.The model has been fully recognized by the general public,similar cities,and industry management departments.The model has been proven to be a mature and valuable model for reference.
