摘　　要：针对细支烟烟丝结构特性,对ZJ17机组烟丝成型关键部位进行研究。通过对抛丝辊、吸丝带导轨、平准器及劈刀盘材质等核心部件进行创新性改进,提高烟丝供料松散度、均匀性,降低烟丝运行的阻力和造碎等,为大幅提高细支ZJ17机组生产效率和质量水平提供技术方案。In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of slim tobacco cut,the key parts of tobacco forming in ZJ17 unit are studied.By innovatively improving the core components such as silk throwing roller,ribbon suction guide rail,leveling device and splitting head material,the looseness and uniformity of tobacco feeding material are improved,and the resistance of tobacco running and crushing are reduced,providing a technical solution for greatly improving the production efficiency and quality level of fine branch ZJ17 unit.
