摘　　要：为降低电梯能耗,研究电梯节能能量自动回馈控制系统。在构建系统总体架构的基础上,设计DC/DC变换器和能量回馈控制器;系统软件在匹配电梯节能能量回馈系数的基础上,构建能量回馈控制暂态等效模型,得到节能能量的等效电流和电压以及回馈系统的瞬时效率,再利用能量回馈控制器实现最终控制。实验结果表明:该系统在电梯空载上行/下行、满载上行/下行的情况下均可以降低电梯能耗,具有较好的控制效果。In order to reduce the energy consumption of elevators,this paper studies the automatic feedback control system of energy-saving energy for elevators.On the basis of building the overall system architecture,DC/DC converter and energy feedback controller are designed,which are the main system hardware structures.In the process of system software design,on the basis of matching the energy-saving energy feedback coefficient of the elevator,a transient equivalent model of energy feedback control is built to obtain the equivalent current and voltage of energy-saving energy and the instantaneous efficiency of the feedback system,and then the energy feedback controller is used to achieve the final control.The experimental results show that the system can reduce the energy consumption of the elevator under the conditions of no load up/down and full load up/down,and has a good control effect.
