摘 要:针对当前医院病案质量自动核查系统存在的不足,以提升医院病案质量自动核查效果,设计基于大数据分析的医院病案质量自动核查系统。采集与整合各院端病案资料,采用档案版式转换与电子公章确保病案自动核查安全,利用K-means算法聚类实现电子病案资料分类,通过病案数据质量评估方法自动核查分类后的医院病案质量。测试结果表明:该系统核查医院病案质量可信程度均较高;可精准聚类划分病案文件,具备较快的运行效率。In view of the shortcomings of the current automatic medical record quality verification system,in order to improve the effect of automatic medical record quality verification,an automatic medical record quality verification system based on big data analysis is designed to collect and integrate the medical record data of each hospital,adopt file format conversion and electronic official seal to ensure the safety of automatic medical record verification,and use K-means algorithm clustering to realize the classification of electronic medical record data.The quality of classified medical records is automatically verified by the method of medical record data quality evaluation.The test results show that the system has a high degree of credibility in verifying the quality of medical records.It can accurately cluster and divide medical record files,and has fast operation efficiency.
