射频消融联合硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张的手术流程优化效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手术流程优化对射频消融联合硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效和安全性的影响。方法收集2022年1—12月于首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院进行射频消融联合硬化剂注射治疗的290例大隐静脉曲张的临床资料,根据是否进行了手术流程优化将患者分为优化组(n=137)和对照组(n=153)。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、临床疗效及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果优化组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组患者,术中出血量明显少于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。两组患者使用全身麻醉的比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。优化组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。优化组患者的治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组患者,治疗后并发症发生率低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论优化手术流程可以明显提高射频消融联合硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效和安全性,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the impact of soptimizing the surgical procedure on the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation combined with sclerotherapy injection in the treatment of great saphenous vein varices.Method The clinical data of 290 patients of great saphenous vein varices treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with sclerotherapy injection from January 2022 to December 2022 at Beijing Luhe Hospital,Capital Medical University were collected.According to whether the surgical process has been optimized,the patients were divided into optimization group(n=137)and control group(n=153).Surgery-related indexes,clinical efficacy and the occurrence of post-treatment complications were compared between the two groups.Result The surgical duration of the optimization group patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group patients,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was significantly less than that of the control group patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of patients using general anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the optimization group patients was significantly better than that of the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The cure rate and total effective rate of the optimization group patients were higher than those of the control group patients,and the incidence of complications after treatment was lower than that of the control group patients,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the surgical process can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation combined with sclerotherapy injection in the treatment of great saphenous vein varices,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
