水库除险加固中的防渗施工质量关键控制措施

摘　　要：水库在长时间运行后其基础设施逐渐老化,目前已暴露出较多的安全隐患,特别是影响水库正常运行的质量问题,这类问题如不及时开展整治工作,后期可能会加速暴露安全隐患数量甚至会造成安全事故,严重影响水库正常运行。以东莞市石鼓水库防渗加固工程为背景,针对目前面对的工程概况,提出了防渗加固措施和相对应的质量控制措施,确保石鼓水库防渗性能满足生产生活的需要,提高供水安全保障的需要,满足水库发电、供水和防洪能力。项目采用的帷幕灌浆结合防浪墙加固和塑性混凝土防渗墙及输水隧洞综合防治措施,防渗加固效果好。After long-term operation,the infrastructure of the reservoir gradually ages and has now exposed many safety hazards.Especially the quality issues that affect the normal operation of the reservoir.If such problems are not rectified in a timely manner,they may accelerate the exposure of safety hazards and even cause safety accidents,seriously affecting the normal operation of the reservoir.Taking the anti-seepage reinforcement project of Shigu Reservoir in Dongguan City as the background,this article proposes anti-seepage reinforcement measures and corresponding quality control measures based on the current engineering situation.It ensures that the anti-seepage performance of Shigu Reservoir meets the needs of production and daily life,improves the needs of water supply safety guarantee,and meets the reservoir's power generation,water supply,and flood control capabilities.The project adopts a combination of curtain grouting,wave wall reinforcement,plastic concrete anti-seepage wall,and comprehensive prevention and control measures for water conveyance tunnels,resulting in good anti-seepage reinforcement effects.
