摘　　要：分析了乌土河红星水生态清洁小流域建设施工管理,重点探讨了工程建设和施工管理方面的内容。研究发现,该项目采用了科学合理的施工计划和管理措施,有效地保证了项目的质量和效果。同时,该项目也注重与当地村民的沟通和合作,增强了项目的可持续性和社会效益。This paper analyzes the construction management of Wutu River Hongxing Water Ecological Clean Small Watershed,with a focus on exploring the content of engineering construction and construction management.The study found that the project adopted a scientifically reasonable construction plan and management measures,effectively ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the project.At the same time,the project also emphasizes communication and cooperation with local villagers,enhancing the sustainability and social benefits of the project.
