摘　　要：介绍了合江水电站增效扩容改造实践的工程管理,重点探讨了厂房和进水口的施工管理。通过对合江水电站存在的问题进行深入剖析,阐述了改造的必要性,提出了具体的改造方案。详细介绍了厂房和进水口的施工管理措施和方法,包括施工计划、进度控制、质量管理、安全管理等,并对施工方案进行了阐述。This paper introduces the engineering management of the efficiency improvement and expansion renovation practice of Hejiang Hydropower Station,with a focus on the construction management of the factory building and water inlet.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in Hejiang Hydropower Station,it elaborates on the necessity of renovation and proposes specific renovation plans.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the construction management measures and methods for the factory building and water inlet,including construction plans,schedule control,quality management,safety management,etc.,and elaborates on the construction plan.
