摘 要:改革开放以来,中国土地市场化配置与资本化实践为中国经济与社会发展带来了较大的积极变化,但也导致了城乡空间发展问题.基于1999-2017年中国省域面板数据,对城市土地资本化对城乡收入差距的影响进行理论分析与实证检验.研究发现:(1)城市土地资本化发展扩大了中国城乡居民的收入差距,中西部地区和内陆地区的城市土地资本化发展对于城乡收入分配问题具有显著的负面影响,且城市土地资本化的城乡收入分配问题在高人口密度地区更为突出;(2)城市土地资本化发展会加剧城乡间的要素配置扭曲和公共品供给差异,进而强化城乡间的收入分配格局.Since the reform and opening up,the practice of market allocation and capitalization of land in China has brought large positive changes to China's economic,but it has also led to the problem of urban-rural spatial development.Based on China's provincial panel data from 1999 to 2017,the impact of urban land capitalization on urban-rural income gap is theoretically analyzed and empirically tested.It is found that,firstly,urban land capitalization development widens the income gap between urban and rural residents,and urban land capitalization development in central and western regions and inland regions has a significant negative impact on the urban-rural income distribution problem,and the inequitable income distribution problem of urban land capitalization is more prominent in areas with high population densities.Secondly,the development of urban land capitalization will exacerbate the distortion of factor allocation and the difference of public goods supply between urban and rural areas,and then strengthen the pattern of income distribution betweenurbanand rural areas.
