摘　　要：伪满洲国政府所属的大陆科学院,是日本为对中国东北地区实施经济和资源掠夺而创立的综合性科学机构,规模宏大且研究领域广泛。抗战胜利后,在复杂的国际背景和国内政治军事形势下,国民政府经济部、教育部、卫生署和中央研究院,以及东北地方当局等,在伪满大陆科学院接收过程中意见分歧,互不相让,对接收权反复争夺。在国共内战愈演愈烈的背景下,伪满大陆科学院接收工作一波三折,“剧情”一再反转,致使该院损失惨重,由各方争抢的“桃子”,变成食之无味的“鸡肋”。抗战胜利后国民党的内战政策、行政部门低效无能以及争权夺利的内耗,使科学事业备受伤害。The Continental Academy of Sciences affiliated to the puppet Manchukuo government was a comprehensive scientific institution founded by Japan to implement economic and resource plunder in Northeast China.It had a large scale and a wide range of research fields.After the victory of the War of Resistance,in the complex international background and the domestic political and military situation,the Ministry of Economic Affairs,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Health and the Academia Sinica,as well as the local authorities in Northeast China,divided their opinions in the process of receiving the Continental Academy of Sciences,and repeatedly fought for the rights to receive it.In the background of the growing civil war between the Kuomintang and the CPC,the receiving work of the Academy had twists and turns,the"plot"reversed again and again,resulting in heavy losses of the Academy.Finally,it became the tasteless"chicken ribs"from the"peach"fought by all parties.The Kuomintang's civil war policy,the low efficiency and incompetence of the executive branches and the internal frictions of competing for power and profit after the victory of the War,seriously hurt the cause of science.
