摘  要:直驱式负载敏感多路阀对阀芯与阀体之间的配合间隙要求较高,受液压油的高压作用,阀体主孔与阀芯在工作时会发生变形从而影响液压卡紧力,进一步影响多路阀的滞环。针对上述问题,以研究高压下阀体主孔的变形及配合间隙锥度的变化为出发点,分析直驱负载敏感多路阀的流道结构特点,对具体流道及具体阀体阀杆配合面进行区分,并通过不同工况下阀体受压流道的不同,确定多路阀工作过程中可能出现最大变形的高低压配合面,采用ANSYS数值分析手段,对上述高低压配合面的高压变形大小及锥度进行仿真;根据仿真结果,提出减小阀体主孔高压下变形的几种流道设计思路,并优化阀体后方再次进行仿真。仿真结果表明,优化后阀体主孔变形与锥度变化都有所改善。Load-sensitive multi-way valves have higher requirements for the matching gap between the spool and the valve body.Due to the high-pressure action of hydraulic oil,the main hole of the valve body and the spool will be deformed during operation,which will affect the hydraulic clamping force and further affect the hysteresis of the multi-way valve.In view of the above problems,based on the study of the deformation of the main hole of the valve body under high pressure and the change of the taper of the matching gap,the flow channel structure characteristics of the direct drive load-sensitive multi-way valve were analyzed,and the specific flow channel and the specific valve stem mating surface of the valve body were distinguished.The high and low pressure mating surface that may have the largest deformation during the operation of the multi-way valve is determined,and the high pressure deformation size and taper of the above high and low pressure mating surface are simulated by using ANSYS numerical analysis method.According to the simulation results,several flow channel design ideas are proposed to reduce the deformation under high pressure of the main hole of the valve body,and the optimized valve body scheme is simulated again.The simulation results show that the main hole deformation and taper change of valve body are improved after optimization.
