摘　　要：疲劳和磨损失效是变量柱塞泵的主要失效模式,遵循失效机理不变的原则下,调高转速、提高压力、增加流量、改变温度对变量柱塞泵的寿命也将产生影响。基于该观察,介绍并提出了一种关于A4VSO125HD变量柱塞泵的加速寿命试验方法,该方法通过选择合理的加速因子,能够用500 h完成变量柱塞泵1000 h的耐久性考核试验,相关结果分析也有效验证了采用加速方案对产品选型的重要意义。The main failure modes of variable piston pumps are wear failure and fatigue failure.Following the principle of constant failure mechanism,increasing rotational speed,amplifying pressure,increasing flow rate,and changing temperature will influence the life of the variable piston pumps.Based on this observation,we propose a novel accelerated life test method for the A4VSO125HD variable piston pump,which significantly reduce the time cost of related equipment life test.Thanks to the effectiveness of the proposed method,the 1000 h durability test of the variable piston pump can be completed by selecting a reasonable acceleration factor in 500 h.Furthermore,the significance of adopting the accelerated plan for product selection is confirmed by analyzing the relevant results.
