重组表皮生长因子在糖尿病透析患者针眼愈合中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探讨重组表皮生长因子在糖尿病透析患者针眼愈合中的应用效果.选择2021年1月-2023年1月香港中文大学(深圳)附属第二医院收治的的120例糖尿病透析动静脉内瘘穿刺针眼渗血患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用重组表皮生长因子,比较两组患者伤口愈合时间、血痂消失时间、内瘘感染发生率、内瘘相关医疗经济费用,以及护理满意度.结果显示,观察组患者伤口愈合时间、血痂消失时间、内瘘感染发生率、医疗经济费用等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究发现,重组表皮生长因子应用于糖尿病透析患者针眼愈合可以明显提高患者的治疗效果,促进其护理满意度提升,具有重要意义.To investigate the effect of recombinant epidermal growth factor(EGF)on needle eye healing in dialysis patients with diabetes.From January 2021 to January 2023,120 cases of diabetes dialysis arteriovenousfistula puncture needle eye bleeding patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese University of Hong Kong(Shenzhen)were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received recombinant epidermal growth factor on this basis.The wound healing time,scab disappearance time,incidence of internalfistula infection,medical and economic costs related to internal fistula,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the observation group had better wound healing time,scab disappearance time,incidence of internal fistula infection,and medical economic costs than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that of the control group at 78.33%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The study found that the application of recombinant epidermal growth factor in needle eye healing of dialysis patients with diabetes can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients and promote their nursing satisfaction,which is of great significance.
