细致性护理干预对内镜治疗食管嵌顿性异物患者的作用分析

摘　　要：研究分析细致性护理干预对内镜治疗食管嵌顿性异物患者的作用.选取甘肃省庆阳市人民医院消化内科2018年12月-2022年12月收治的120例食管嵌顿性异物患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机法将患者分为A组和B组,每组各60例,B组患者接受常规护理干预,A组患者在常规护理干预基础上接受细致性护理干预,比较两组患者的异物取出成功率、护理满意度和焦虑﹑抑郁状态评分.结果显示,A组患者异物取出成功率(96.67%)和满意度(91.67%)显著高于B组异物取出成功率(83.33%)和满意度(76.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).护理后,A组患者的SAS、SDS评分显著优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究发现,细致性护理干预对内镜治疗食管嵌顿性异物患者的护理效果显著,可有效提高异物取出成功率和满意度,改善患者的不良情绪,优化患者的心理状态,值得广泛应用.Study and analyze the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on endoscopic treatment of patients with esophageal incarcerated foreign bodies.120 patients with esophageal incarcerated foreign bodies admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of Qingyang People’s Hospital in Gansu Province from December 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B using computer randomization,with 60 cases in each group.Group B received routine nursing intervention,while Group A received meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The success rate of foreign body removal,nursing satisfaction,and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the success rate(96.67%)and satisfaction rate(91.67%)of foreign body removal in Group A were significantly higher than those in Group B(83.33%)and satisfaction rate(76.67%),with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically signifi cant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of Group A patients were signifi cantly better than those of Group B,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Research has found that meticulous nursing intervention has a significant nursing effect on patients with esophageal incarcerated foreign bodies treated with endoscopy.It can eff ectively improve the success rate and satisfaction of foreign body removal,improve patients’negative emotions,optimize their psychological state,and is worthy of widespread application.
