功能康复指导应用于人工髋关节置换术患者的护理效果研究

摘　　要：探究功能康复指导应用于人工髋关节置换术患者的护理效果.选取2021年4月-2023年4月于医院接受人工髋关节置换术的30例患者为研究对象.随机将患者分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各15例.对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受功能康复指导,比较两组患者护理效果.结果显示,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后7天和术后90天,观察组患者的Harris评分均明显高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究发现,功能康复指导应用于人工髋关节置换术患者护理的效果显著,能够提高治疗的成功率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广.Exploring the effectiveness of functional rehabilitation guidance in nursing patients after artificial hip replacement surgery.Thirty patients who underwent artifi cial hip replacement surgery in hospitals from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received functional rehabilitation guidance.The nursing eff ects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the data difference between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).At 7 days and 90 days after surgery,the Harris scores of the observation group patients were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group,and the data diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of functional rehabilitation guidance in the care of patients after artificial hip replacement surgery has a significant effect,can improve the success rate of treatment,has high clinical application value,and is worth promoting.
