To analyze the effect of nursing measures and occupational protection in hospital delivery of pregnant women with AIDS.60 pregnant women with AIDS who delivered in hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the research group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group of pregnant women received routine delivery care, while the study group of pregnant women received occupational protection measures in addition to routine care. The nursing effects of the two groups of pregnant women were compared. The results showed that the probability of postpartum complications, iatrogenic infections, and occupational exposure in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that improving the hospital delivery nursing and occupational protection measures of pregnant women with AIDS can significantly reduce the risk of post delivery complications, iatrogenic infection and occupational exposure.
