ERCP治疗肝外胆管结石患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：探讨内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography,ERCP)治疗肝外胆管结石患者的临床疗效.选取盘州市人民医院2022年6月-2023年6月收治的60例肝外胆管结石患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例.对照组患者接受传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者接受ERCP治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术指标、术后并发症、情绪状态.结果显示,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出血量少于对照组,切口长度小于对照组,术后胃肠恢复时间、手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,ERCP治疗肝外胆管结石患者的效果明显,可减少患者的出血量,促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,可缩短切口长度、手术时间,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,治疗安全性较高,具有临床推广价值.Exploring the clinical efficacy of endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP)in the treatment of patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones.Sixty patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open surgery treatment,while the observation group received ERCP treatment.The clinical treatment effect,surgical indicators,postoperative complications,and emotional status of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had less bleeding than the control group,shorter incision length,shorter postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,surgery time,and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that ERCP has a significant effect on treating patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones.It can reduce bleeding,promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,shorten incision length and surgical time,alleviate anxiety and depression in patients,and has high treatment safety.It has clinical promotion value.
