开胸手术与电视胸腔镜手术治疗创伤性血气胸患者的疗效比较

摘　　要：分析对创伤性血气胸患者采取开胸手术治疗与电视胸腔镜手术治疗的效果.选取2021年7月-2022年10月甘肃省敦煌市医院收治的82例创伤性血气胸患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组(行开胸手术治疗)与观察组(行电视胸腔镜手术治疗),每组各41例.对比两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(80.49%)(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流时间、术后引流量及住院时间等指标优于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,电视胸腔镜手术治疗创伤性血气胸的效果较开胸手术更徍,不仅可以缩短手术时间、术后引流时间及整体治疗时间,减少患者的术中出血量,还能够改善患者创伤应激反应、CRP水平等.此外,该方法可降低并发症发生率,提升患者肺功能,值得临床应用、推广.Analyze the effects of open chest surgery and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery on patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax.82 patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax admitted to The Hospital of Dunhuang City from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with thoracotomy)and an observation group(treated with thoracoscopic surgery)using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Compare the treatment effects between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(80.49%)(P<0.05);The observation group had better surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage time,postoperative drainage volume,and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is more effective in treating traumatic hemopneumothorax than open chest surgery.It can not only shorten the surgical time,postoperative drainage time,and overall treatment time,reduce intraoperative bleeding in patients,but also improve trauma stress response,CRP levels,and other factors.In addition,this method can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient lung function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
