血液灌流器与血液透析机联合治疗尿毒症患者的效果分析

摘　　要：探讨血液灌流器与血液透析机联合治疗尿毒症患者的效果.选取2022年1月-2022年12月宁明县人民医院收治的100例尿毒症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例.对照组患者接受血液透析机治疗,观察组患者接受血液灌流器联合血液透析机治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,治疗后,两组患者甲状旁腺激素水平和血尿素氮水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,在治疗尿毒症方面,血液灌流器联合血液透析机治疗具有较高的应用价值.Exploring the effectiveness of combining hemoperfusion and hemodialysis machines in the treatment of uremic patients.100 patients with uremia admitted to Ningming County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with a blood dialysis machine,while the observation group received treatment with a blood perfusion device combined with a blood dialysis machine.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the levels of parathyroid hormone and blood urea nitrogen in both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,all cardiac function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis machines has high application value in the treatment of uremia.
