马来酸麦角新碱联合益母草注射液辨证治疗二次剖宫产后子宫收缩的临床效果研究

摘　　要：探究马来酸麦角新碱联合益母草注射液辨证治疗二次剖宫产后子宫收缩的临床效果.选取2022年7月-2023年7月医院收治的70例二次剖宫产产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各35例.对照组产妇接受马来酸麦角新碱治疗,观察组产妇在对照组治疗基础上联合益母草注射液治疗,比较两组产妇治疗效果.结果显示,产后2 h、产后2~12 h、产后12~24 h,观察组产妇出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后24 h出血总量少于对照组(P<0.05);产后2 h、6 h、12 h,观察组产妇的子宫收缩情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);产后2天、3天,观察组产妇的子宫底高度均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇的不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).研究发现,马来酸麦角新碱联合益母草注射液辨证治疗二次剖宫产后子宫收缩的效果明显,可减少产妇产后出血量,改善产妇子宫收缩状况,降低不良反应发生率.Exploring the clinical effect of the combination of ergometrine maleate and motherwort injection in the differential treatment of uterine contractions after a second cesarean section.Seventy women who underwent a second cesarean section and were admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The women were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group of parturients received treatment with ergometrine maleate,while the observation group of parturients received treatment with a combination of motherwort injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups of parturients were compared.The results showed that at 2 hours postpartum,2~12 hours postpartum,and 12~24 hours postpartum,the observation group had less bleeding than the control group(P<0.05);The total amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 24 hours postpartum(P<0.05);At 2,6,and 12 hours postpartum,the uterine contractions of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);On the second and third day postpartum,the height of the uterinefloor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of parturients(P>0.05).Research has found that the combination of ergometrine maleate and motherwort injection has a significant therapeutic effect on uterine contractions after a second cesarean section,reducing postpartum bleeding,improving uterine contractions,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
