呼吸内科老年患者住院期间常见护理问题调查及对策分析

摘　　要：探讨呼吸内科老年患者住院期间常见的护理问题,并提出相应对策.选择天津市工人医院呼吸内科2022年1月-2022年12月收治的120例老年患者作为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方法,向其发放问卷.调查问卷内容包含患者一般情况、常见护理问题及原因分析.结果显示,呼吸内科老年患者住院期间常见的护理问题以心理问题、用药安全问题、皮肤问题、饮食问题居多.其中,心理问题最为突出,占66.67%;日常护理问题次之,占60.00%.此外,皮肤问题、用药安全问题也较为常见.针对上述问题,该研究提出了相应的对策,包括加强心理护理、提高呼吸道管理水平、规范疼痛管理、合理营养支持和积极康复锻炼等.研究发现,呼吸内科老年患者住院期间存在多种常见的护理问题,包括心理问题、用药安全问题、皮肤问题、饮食问题等.通过调查分析,提出相应护理对策,有助于提高老年患者的护理质量和生活质量.Explore common nursing issues during hospitalization for elderly patients in the respiratory department and propose corresponding strategies.120 elderly patients admitted to the Respiratory Department of Tianjin Workers Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the survey subjects,and a questionnaire survey method was used to distribute questionnaires to them.The survey questionnaire includes general information of patients,common nursing problems,and analysis of their causes.The results showed that the common nursing problems during hospitalization for elderly patients in the respiratory department were mainly psychological problems,medication safety issues,skin problems,and dietary issues.Among them,psychological problems are the most prominent,accounting for 66.67%;Daily care issues come in second place,accounting for 60.00%.In addition,skin problems and medication safety issues are also common.In response to the above issues,this study proposes corresponding countermeasures,including strengthening psychological care,improving respiratory management level,standardizing pain management,providing reasonable nutritional support,and actively participating in rehabilitation exercises.Research has found that elderly patients in the respiratory department have various common nursing problems during hospitalization,including psychological problems,medication safety issues,skin problems,dietary issues,etc.Through investigation and analysis,corresponding nursing strategies are proposed to improve the quality of care and life of elderly patients.
