摘  要:泡沫油流是一次采油(天然甲烷气饱和的稠油衰减开采)和二次开采(一次采油后注入循环气体)中关键的驱油机理。相比一次采油,气体(也称溶剂)类型和用量影响至关重要。泡沫油稳定性与溶解气体组成、稠油黏度、温度、溶解气体比和压力衰竭率等因素密切相关。尽管综述和分析了不同参数下泡沫油形成过程,但尚未完全了解采油(如,循环溶剂注入(CSI))过程中其形成的最佳条件。总结了影响泡沫油性能的内外部气体驱动机理,对于不同气体,CO_(2)饱和稠油形成的泡沫油比甲烷形成的泡沫油质量更好,这是因为稠油中CO_(2)解吸速度更加缓慢。讨论了CO_(2)与其它气体、化学剂或驱油技术组合作为强化循环溶剂注入(ECSI)的实例,以及克服CSI过程引起的原油黏度升高等问题,展望了CO_(2)在稠油开采领域的应用。Foamy oil flow is the key oil displacement mechanism in primary(attenuation recovery of heavy oil saturated with natural methane gas)and secondary(injection of circulating gas after primary process)recovery.Compared to primary oil recovery,the type and amount of gas(also known as"solvent")have a crucial impact.The stability of foamy oil is closely related to dissolved gas composition,viscous oil viscosity,temperature,dissolved gas ratio,pressure depletion rate and other factors.Although the formation process of foam oil under different parameters has been investigated and analyzed,the best conditions for its formation in oil recovery(such as injecting circulating solvent into cyclic solvent injection(CSI))have not been fully understood.The mechanism of internal and external gas driving affects the performance of foamy oil is summarized.For different gas,the quality of foamy oil formed by CO_(2)saturated heavy oil is better than that of foamy oil formed by methane,because the desorption rate of CO_(2)in heavy oil is slower.In addition,the combination of CO_(2)with other gas,chemicals or oil recovery technologies was discussed as an example of enhanced cyclic solvent injection(ECSI)to overcome the problem of high viscosity of crude oil caused by CSI process and expand the application of CO_(2)in heavy oil extraction.
