摘  要:通过Monte Carlo模拟,研究了不同尺寸带电微球的聚集和封堵行为。结果显示,当微球带有等量正负电荷时,固定微球体积分数,随着微球尺寸的增大,微球之间的静电吸引和微球自身的无规运动减弱,微球之间的聚集行为随之减弱;在孔喉中,相同的体积分数下,尺寸较小的微球可以同时进入不同尺寸的孔喉,并通过静电相互吸引形成聚集体从而突破孔喉匹配理论形成有效封堵,而尺寸较大的微球会滞留于较小的孔喉入口处,形成严重的端面堵塞,同时尺寸较大的正负电荷复合微球由于静电相互吸引与无规运动能力均比较弱,在较大孔喉中难以形成足够封堵的聚集体。对于仅带负电的传统微球,微球之间存在静电排斥,可以顺利进入较小的孔喉内部,依照孔喉匹配理论通过物理架桥对孔喉形成封堵,但会从较大的孔喉中窜流,对超出孔喉匹配理论范围的孔喉无法形成有效封堵。By using Monte Carlo simulation,the aggregation and plugging behaviors of charged micro-spheres with different sizes were studied theoretically.When the charged micro-spheres had equal positive and negative charges,the aggregation behavior of micro-spheres along with the electrostatic attraction between micro-spheres and the random motion of micro-spheres would decrease with the increase of micro-spheres’sizes at the same volume fraction of micro-sphere in the solution,therefore the smaller micro-spheres would go into the pore throat of different sizes at the same time,and form aggregates by electrostatic attraction to break through pore throat matching theory and achieve effective plugging,while the larger micro-spheres will stay at the entrance of the smaller pore throat to cause serious head-face plugging,or go into larger pores but hard to form enough blocked aggregates by their weaker electrostatic attraction and random movement ability.When the micro-spheres were only negatively charged,there was electrostatic repulsion between the micro-spheres,which would make micro-sphere disperse and enter the smaller pores to plug the pores by physical bridging along with pore throat matching theory,and channeling though the larger pores without plugging.
