摘 要:通过单因素试验及响应曲面试验设计对泡沫法分离葫芦巴中薯蓣皂苷工艺进行优化。探讨pH、稀释倍数(浓度)、温度、气速对泡沫法分离葫芦巴中薯蓣皂苷回收率及富集比的影响。结果表明,稀释倍数为12、操作温度23℃、pH值为8.5、空气流速为60 mL/min,葫芦巴中薯蓣皂苷的最优回收率为35.86%,富集比4.67,总皂苷质量分数为67.86%,该工艺条件稳定可行,为葫芦中薯蓣皂苷提取分离的工业化生产提供一定的理论指导和参考依据。The process of foam separation of dioscin from fenugreek was optimized by single-factor test and response surface test design.The effects of pH,dilution factor(concentration),temperature,and gas velocity on the recoveries and enrichment ratio of dioscin from fenugreek by foam method were discussed.The results showed that the optimal recovery of dioscin was 35.86%with an enrichment ratio of 4.67 and total saponin mass fraction of 67.86%at a dilution of 12,an operating temperature of 23℃,a pH of 8.5,and an air flow rate 60 mL/min.The process conditions were stable and feasible,and could provide some theoretical guidance and reference basis for the industrial production of dioscin extraction and separation.
