摘 要:为研究电解阳极表面缺陷对气泡生长的影响,以竖插阳极为研究对象、建立阳极表面电场-气泡生长运动耦合模型,建立VOF模型和Species Transport模型,实现气液之间的传质,分析了电解质主流速度为0.125 m/s时阳极缺陷间距对气泡生长的影响。研究表明:当阳极缺陷间距为0.2 mm时,气泡脱离时间为0.422 67 s,脱离直径为0.967 mm;阳极缺陷间距为0.5 mm时,气泡脱离时间为0.396 82 s,脱离直径为0.939 mm;当阳极缺陷间距为1 mm时,气泡脱离时间为0.137 06 s,脱离直径为0.428 mm。缺陷间距为0.2 mm和0.5 mm时,气泡之间易发生聚并;缺陷间距为1 mm时,气泡之间不易发生聚并,单个气泡易发生脱离,同时气泡脱离会带动相邻气泡的脱离,使得相邻气泡的脱离时间和脱离直径缩小。研究成果对电极的处理以及电解槽的设计优化具有一定指导意义。To study the influence of the electrolytic anode surface defects on bubble growth,a coupling model of anode surface electric field and bubble growth motion was established with vertical anode as the research object,and then the VOF model and Species Transport model were established to realize the mass transfer between gas and liquid.Thus,the effect of anode defect spacing on bubble growth was analyzed at a electrolyte mainstream velocity of 0.125 m/s.The results show that when the spacing of anode defects is 0.2 mm,the bubble detachment time is 0.42267 s and the detachment diameter is 0.967 mm;when the spacing between anode defects is 0.5 mm,the bubble disconnection time is 0.39682 s,the disconnection diameter being 0.939 mm;when the defect spacing of positive anode is 1 mm,the bubble detachment time is 0.13706 s,the detachment diameter being 0.428 mm;when the spacing between defects is 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm,the bubbles are prone to coalescence;and when the defect spacing is 1 mm,coalescence between bubbles is not easy to occur,and a single bubble is easy to disunite.Meanwhile,the disconnection of bubbles will drive the disconnection of adjacent bubbles,making the disconnection time and disconnection diameter of adjacent bubbles shrink.The research results have certain guiding significance for the treatment of electrode and the design and optimization of the electrolytic cell.
