摘  要:采用包埋渗法在钼铼合金基体上制备MoSi2涂层,探讨包埋渗工艺条件对涂层厚度的影响,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段研究所制备涂层的理化特性。研究结果表明:渗剂中氟化钠活化剂的用量、热处理温度及保温时间对涂层厚度具有显著影响。当渗剂中硅粉、氟化钠、氧化铝的重量比为30∶5∶65,热处理温度为1 000℃,保温时间为2 h时,所制备得到的涂层均匀性较好,涂层厚度约25μm。This paper,by using MoSi 2 coating prepared on a molybdenum-rhenium alloy substrate through pack cementation technique,investigated the effect of pack cementation reaction conditions on coating thickness.The physicochemical properties of the coating were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,etc.The results showed that the dosage of sodium fluoride activator,heat treatment temperature and holding time had significant effects on the coating thickness.When the weight ratio of the silica powder,sodium fluoride and alumina in the impregnating agent was 30∶5∶65,the heat treatment temperature was 1000℃,and the holding time was 2 h,the coating uniformity was better and the coating thickness was about 25μm.
