摘  要:利用AVL-Excite仿真软件建立内置曲轴扭转减振器(TVD)计算模型并进行了试验验证,利用模型对曲轴前端扭转角位移、橡胶变形率、耗散功和橡胶温度进行了仿真计算.橡胶温度和橡胶变形率能显著影响扭转减振器橡胶寿命,在发动机台架上对不同曲轴材料方案和橡胶厚度方案的橡胶温度进行测试;利用专用试验台架进行扭转疲劳试验,建立了曲轴扭转减振器不同温度下的橡胶变形率-疲劳寿命曲线.结果表明:相对曲轴QT850方案,在各转速工况下曲轴38Mn VS6方案的橡胶变形率和温度整体要低;在不同发动机转速工况和曲轴扭转减振器全频率范围内,采用曲轴38Mn VS6方案的扭转减振器橡胶温度整体低于130℃;在转速为6 000 r/min标定功率耐久试验工况下,38Mn VS6方案疲劳寿命为QT850方案的1.62倍,完成耐久试验后橡胶老化程度可接受.A computational model of internal crankshaft torsional vibration damper(TVD)was established using AVL-Excite simulation software and experimentally validated.Crankshaft front-end torsional angle displacement,rubber deformation rate,dissipative power and rubber temperature were calculated using the computational model.Rubber temperature and rubber deformation rate significantly affected the rubber life of the TVD.Testing was conducted on the engine test bench to measure the rubber temperature of TVD with different crankshaft material and rubber thickness schemes.Torsional fatigue tests were conducted using dedicated test bench,rubber deformation rate-fatigue life time curves were established at different temperatures for crankshaft torsional vibration damper.The results indicate that,rubber deformation rate and temperature of 38MnVS6 crankshaft scheme are lower than those of QT850 crankshaft scheme under various speed conditions.The rubber temperature of 38MnVS6 crankshaft scheme is below 130℃at different engine speed conditions and full frequency range of the crankshaft torsional vibration damper,and the fatigue life time of 38MnVS6 scheme is 1.62 times than that of QT850 under the condition of 6000 r/min rated power test.An analysis of post-durability rubber indicates that rubber aging is acceptable.
