摘 要:本研究利用IncoPat专利搜索与分析工具收集了关于氢气在分散型发电中被用作环保能源的科技革新数据,并对这些专利进行了深入的研究。我们确定了国内外的氢气产业链及其相关的技术架构的相关专利,然后从全球范围内的氢气产业链和氢内燃机技术的专利信息入手,着眼于关键的技术发展和未来趋势,进一步明确了国际上和国内的氢燃料电池专利战略方向,同时根据电力系统的用户需要,提出了独立控制的专利策略规划以及后期的知识产权管理的措施和保护意见。This article uses the Incopat patent search and analysis platform to collect and organize the technological innovation of hydrogen energy as a clean energy applied to internal combustion engines in the field of distributed power generation.Through a comprehensive analysis of patent literature,it clarifies the hydrogen energy industry chain and technology structure related patents at home and abroad.Taking the hydrogen energy industry chain and hydrogen internal combustion engine technology patent information at home and abroad as the entry point,from the perspectives of overall patent quantity,annual patent application trends,and comparative analysis of technology releases,it focuses on the key technologies and trends of hydrogen internal combustion engines at home and abroad,clarifies the key areas of hydrogen energy patent layout at home and abroad,and combines the needs of power system customers to propose independent and controllable patent layout plans and subsequent intellectual property management and protection suggestions.
