摘 要:在某发电用柴油机开发中,遇到排放升级的问题。为满足非道路国四排放标准,本文对燃油系统、增压系统、燃烧室和SCR后处理系统进行优化设计选型。样机升级为国四状态后,跟国三样机进行性能和排放测试对比。试验结果表明:国四样机比油耗比国三样机降低1%~7%;采用电控高压共轨燃油系统,可以有效的降低碳烟排放;基于可移动式发电机Pmax>900kW的柴油机,采用高压共轨+高效SCR+燃烧优化的技术路线,排放污染物满足非道路国四排放限值要求。In the development of genset diesel engine,there was a problem where the emission upgrades.To meet the non-road ChinaⅣRegulation,this paper optimizes the design and matching of fuel system,turbochargers system,combustion chamber,and SCR post-treatment system.After upgrading to the ChinaⅣprototype,performance and emission tests will be compared with the China III prototype.The experimental results show that the fuel consumption of the ChinaⅣprototype is reduced by 1%to 7%compared to the ChinaⅢprototype;The use of high-pressure common rail system can effectively reduce carbon smoke emissions;Based on a diesel engine with a movable generator Pmax>900kW,adopting a technical roadmap of high-pressure common rail+high-efficiency SCR+combustion optimization,the emissions of pollutants meet the non road ChinaⅣemission limit requirements.
