摘 要:针对气驱采油用往复式压缩机需要服务不同注气井口、排气压力高、管线布局复杂等问题,开展了高转速气驱采油箱式集成压缩机设计研究。首先进行了往复式压缩机选型,确定压缩机型号;然后建立了电机-联轴器-压缩机扭振分析模型,确定曲轴转动惯量和扭转刚度;最后对压缩机轴系进行了扭振分析,优化了联轴器、飞轮转动惯量,避免了轴系共振。该研究成果弥补了国内油气开发需要35~52MPa增压设备的空白。A research on the design of a high-speed gas driven oil recovery container integrated compressor was carried out to address issues such as the need to serve different gas injection wellheads,high discharge pressure,and complex pipeline layout for reciprocating compressors used in gas driven oil recovery.Firstly,the selection of the reciprocating compressor host was carried out to determine the compressor model;Then,Established a torsional vibration analysis model for the motor coupling compressor,determining the crankshaft moment of inertia and torsional stiffness;Finally,torsional vibration analysis was conducted on the compressor shaft system,optimizing the coupling and flywheel moment of inertia to avoid shaft resonance.This research achievement fills the gap of 35-52MPa pressurization equipment required for domestic oil and gas development.
