摘  要:为提升锂离子动力电池包均衡效率,提出一种基于改进型双向Cuk变换器电池均衡控制方法。对改进型双向Cuk变换器与反激式变压器进行有效结合,对改进型双向Cuk变换器与反激式变压器进行均衡电路设计,制定了控制策略和均衡阀值。通过仿真分析得到,在静态和动态工况下,电池电压和SOC能快速达到均衡目标,并且单体电芯无多余重复性充放电,降低了系统因重复性充放电的能耗问题。对目标系统进行实验测试,实验结果显示仿真结果与实验结果具有一致性,验证了本方法的合理性,为提升电池均衡效能提供方法参考。In order to improve the equalization efficiency of lithium-ion power battery packs,a battery equalization control method based on an improved bidirectional Cuk converter was proposed.The improved bidirectional Cuk converter is effectively combined with flyback transformer,and the equalization circuit is designed for the improved bidirectional Cuk converter and flyback transformer.The simulation results show that under static and dynamic conditions,the battery voltage and SOC can reach the equilibrium goal quickly,and the single cell has no redundant repetitive charge and discharge,which reduces the energy consumption of the system due to repetitive charge and discharge.The experimental results of the target system show that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,which verifies the rationality of the method and provides a method reference for improving the battery balancing efficiency.
